RETURN POLICY

According to the EU legislation, you have the right to return any goods within 14 days after the purchase. The consumer must return all the items to the seller in their original package sealed, undamaged, unopened and in the same amount.

Only when the items have been safely received and inspected, will a refund be made.
We take customer service very seriously, so if you are not satisfied with a product, please let us know why you chose to return our product!

Our products are of natural origin, so from time to time there might be slight deviations in smell or taste.

You must examine the goods on arrival. We will refund the full purchase price including postage of an item that   was delivered in a damaged or faulty condition.

If the goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during delivery, please report the defect to the carrier and notify us by email at returns@holyhempcbd.com without delay.

Alternatively, we may replace the item with the same or a similar product (subject to stock availability).

Damaged or faulty products should be returned to our address: Str. Profesor Nicolae Margineanu 37, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. 

We promise to either send another package or refund the funds within 10 working days of receiving it back.
